In 1989 she relocated across the world to the United States and currently resides in San Diego. I was visiting San Diego this spring with my business partner looking for housings (to rent or/and to buy) and have found Galina through Facebook. We asked her about general property advice as well as about some very specific requests about suitable areas to look for, kindergartens and schools, etc. We have been met with an openness and warmth not usual even for California. Galina prepared all information in advance, and then spent two days (actually her private days since it was Saturday and Sunday) showing us around, driving us back and forth, explaining different possible options. She was highly professional and patient, always on time, easy to connect with, holding her words and doing everything helping us making our minds. Being a home owner is a dream that I never imagined would come true so quickly. Working with Galina to purchase my first condo was very exciting and seamless. Before I knew it my husband and I were signing paper work and closing Escrow under 2 months! As a first time home buyer I was very uneasy and full of questions, however Galina was there to ease my mind and carefully explain the process to me step by step. Galina comforted me by providing such support and clarity. Together we discussed each item and reviewed my various options. Galina was most kind very professional. Her attention to detail saved my husband and I time and money. We were so fortunate to have Galina Shekhtman as our realtor. She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. The house we love! Moreover, Galina sold our condo for the price we wanted under two weeks. The highest in our condominium complex. She was professional, patient and attentive. The early 2013 real-estate market was tough, the competition fierce, and first-time homebuyers with a loan (such as myself) were treated as second-rate citizens in the face of numerous cash buyers. With Galina's assistance, however, I had a fighting chance, as she went out of her way to establish a strong case for me with each property I decided to make an offer upon. Her responses were prompt, her attitude optimistic, and her knowledge of paperwork and procedure are of the highest caliber. Furthermore, I relied on her for advice and consultation, and always received helpful responses in a "tell it like it is", non-embellished vernacular (something I happen to be accustomed to and prefer). Thank you again, and know that I will not hesitate to recommend Galina to others looking to get involved in the market.

Now I am living in house of my dreams. A real house! This was only a dream before I met her. Galina! And she was the one who made it real. How? Initially I even did not consider the neighborhood that my wife and I liked very much. And I started exploring less desirable but more realistic options. As the first time homebuyer how much did I know? Very little. But as soon as I had started working with Galina, I became confident I would make the best decisions under her guidance. Her experience and knowledge is invaluable. She devotes herself to her client interests. As soon as you call her, she is there for you. As soon as you express a desire to see a house, she will be there immediately well ahead of you to help as much as possible. You have a question – and she is there to answer or to get the answer. “I want you to be happy” – this is what you hear from Galina, but this is indeed what she does. The long story short, I and my wife are absolutely happy with an excellent purchase. And I am very grateful to not only Galina, but also to those people who recommended her to me, who actually helped me to meet her who helped with my dream-house purchase. Maybe one day you will think the same way about me :)

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Галине за помощь в выборе и покупке кондо в Сан-Диего. Галина-это человек, обладающий исключительным профессионализмом, ответственностью и доброжелательностью. Так же хочу отметить быстроту и деликатный подход в решении любых возникающих вопросов в процессе поиска, оформления документов, ведения переговоров, способность координировать действия сторон. У нас был не самый простой случай. На все время от момента начала поиска подходящего кондо и первой встречи с Галиной и до момента завершения сделки и оплаты у нас было всего 3 недели. Казалось бы, это нереально, успеть все за такой короткий срок. Но Галина без всякого сомнения вела эту сделку от начала и до конца, учитывая все наши условия и пожелания. Мы все успели, но даже и не сомневались в этом! С удовольствием порекомендуем её своим знакомым и обратимся к ней еще раз, если возникнет необходимость в грамотном риэлторе. Инвестировали в кондо, покупали с Галиной по её совету, и с ней же продали с хорошим плюсом через два года! Огромное спасибо, было как и в первый раз все очень комфортно и спокойно, как сходить в волмарт =) Галина твердо отстаивала наши интересы и давала грамотные указания как с наибольшей выгодой осуществить сделку, очень довольны, рекомендуем всем.
